Overview

Developed and launched the public-facing website for Advantis Medical Staffing, a fast-growing travel nurse recruiting firm. The site features a robust job search experience, employer branding content, clinician benefits pages, and customer testimonials — all built to maximize candidate conversion rates and organic search visibility. Also built an SEO-optimized clinician-capturing website from scratch using Scriban HTML templating with a reverse-proxy to the Webflow landing page, and maintained a .NET 7 API layer brokering requests from the in-house Flutter application.
